Floorcloud Creates Flexible On-Demand Training Materials with AirDeck

How it started
Floorcloud’s journey with AirDeck began when they recognized the need for on-demand training videos. These videos would allow clients to remotely access step-by-step guidance on how to use the Floorcloud software. Chris Eichman, the Director of Marketing and Client Success, wanted a solution that would streamline this process and provide a seamless client experience. AirDeck proved to be the answer.
How it Worked
With AirDeck, Chris found a powerful tool that simplified the creation of training and onboarding materials. AirDeck made it easy and quick to make adjustments to the materials whenever Floorcloud had a software update. This was a game changer for Chris as he experienced a labor intensive experience in the past when he tried to use Adobe After Effects to accomplish the same thing.
“We would create a video and hire a voiceover artist. But if I needed to make a change, I would have to redo the entire video. This was an expensive, slow, and significant time investment. With AirDeck, I can knock out a change in 15 minutes,” explained Chris.
Chris highlighted that AirDeck has significantly expedited the process of incorporating changes, whether it’s a new slide, a demo, or training content.
“AirDeck just makes it really fast to knock out a change or put in a new slide, new demo, or new training,” Chris said.
The Future with AirDeck
Moreover, Floorcloud has identified multiple applications for AirDeck beyond training videos. They plan to harness AirDeck to follow up with prospects after demos to reach individuals who are challenging to get on a call or attend a meeting. Chris believes this strategy will have a substantial impact on their ability to convert leads into valued clients.
“I think it’s going to be huge using AirDeck to reach people within prospective organizations to secure a demo,” said Chris.
Additionally, Floorcloud has utilized AirDeck to voice over pricing slides to provide a personalized experience for potential clients. This innovative approach has allowed them to walk prospects through pricing tiers with clarity and engagement to further strengthen their sales efforts. Plus, Airdeck’s analytics allow Floorcloud to see if and when the pricing slide is viewed.
