Since our last product update, we’ve revamped features such as Libraries, TEAMS User Management, File Uploading, Analytics, and more! Share audio, video and slides in your Library
You asked and we answered – My Library and our TEAMS Library are here! Easily share audio, video, decks and slides with a click of a button. My Library includes all of your decks, audio and video files, and slides where you can separate each of your decks into their individual slides. The TEAMS Library allows you to collaborate, share, and manage your content with ease. Reuse your favorite content and share it with your team for them to use too!Manage Users in AirDeck
Updating, requesting, and allocating just got easier! Admins now have the ability to upload and update user contact information and user roles, request additional seats for the team, and allocate users to their AirDeck account right within the dashboard.
Upload Multiple Files at Once
Say so long to uploading one file at a time, and hello to uploading 1, 2, 3, or more files at once! Simply select the document or audio files you want to add to your deck, and all files selected will be uploaded at the same time. Save time by adding all the files you need quickly and start working on your presentation in seconds.
Improved Analytics & Reporting
AirDeck seamlessly integrates with HubSpot and Salesforce, connecting your contacts and their AirDeck viewer activity directly within each platform. Plus, when you create a custom link and connect it with an email address, it will now show in your reporting and sync the analytics to your HubSpot or Salesforce account.

Along with these major updates, we’ve also released other minor feature improvements and fixes to enhance your AirDeck experience. Here are some highlights:
- Gifs – In addition to uploading documents, videos, and photos…you can once again add .gifs to your presentations!
- Video Overlay Size – Video overlay size in AirDeck Studio View now matches what you see in the player view
- Auto Advance – Auto advance automatically defaults to “On”
